Fulfilment Policy

At VAgencia LLC, we specialize in providing professional talent representation and management services. As a service-based business, we do not sell or ship physical goods unless working in tandem with a brand campaign and for press or promotional purposes only. All services are delivered either in person or digitally, depending on the needs of the client and the nature of the engagement. All values are displayed in USD and converted to the currency of each client's location if other than USA.

Service Delivery

Once your engagement with us is confirmed and payment is successfully processed via Stripe, our team will reach out to begin the onboarding process and coordinate service delivery. The exact delivery method and timeline will be discussed and agreed upon at the outset of our collaboration.

Timelines

Our services are tailored to each client, and therefore timelines may vary. We strive to be prompt and transparent, and we’ll communicate expected delivery schedules as part of the engagement process.

Refunds

You may request a refund for services not rendered by terms of an agreement by reaching directly via email to info@vagencia.co

Shipping

When required, VAgencía will ship directly to client and cover the costs of postage.

Returns

You may return any items and/or merchandise at any given moment by sending it to the shipper address disclosed on your shipping label.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time and a refund will be issued within 2-5 business days. If the order has already been fulfilled, we will review your case and refund accordingly.
